More and more users prefer voice search over text. For the Russian market, the most popular areas of voice technology are voice control, automated outbound calls, voice analytics at touchpoints, i.e. where a customer touches a product or business, and of course voice assistants. I think that interest in voice assistants in Russia will grow many times over the next three years. Voice services are already everywhere. We see virtual assistants being used in the home, in cars and public transport, and in the C Level Contact List workplace. However, they are constantly evolving. For example, our assistants have learned to understand complex voice requests as part of smart home control, such as: salute, boil the kettle, and keep the temperature at °C. Recognizing multiple commands in a single sentence is another step toward intuitive interaction with the assistant. Business scenarios using voice services are also actively expanding. They add online medicine, shopping or online booking. Who uses voice services changed in the new economic reality? Key market players remain unchanged. But until March 2019, foreign companies, most notably Google, were still operating in Russia. Most of them then left the market. Instead of them, new Russian suppliers came. Has the client's profile somehow changed under the new conditions? Major demand still comes from big companies: Gundam of orders come from the upper echelons of corporate and mid-sized businesses.
